Gesswein Belt Sticks
An inexpensive hand tool to complement our range of other precision surface finishing products. Each plastic holder 1/4’’-6.25mm, 1/2’’-12.5mm & 3/4’’-18.75mm, allows a narrow abrasive belt to be quickly fitted. As the abrasive wears, the belt can be easily inched round to expose fresh abrasive. The overall design of this tool makes it extremely useful for the dressing of irregular profiles. The holders are colour coded to promote correlation with different abrasives, red (120 grit), blue (240 grit), green (320 grit) yellow (400 grit) and black (600 grit).

Suitable for grinding shapes, outlines, profiles and radii. Grinding of brass, tool steel, zinc castings, aluminum alloys, stainless steel. Excellent adaptability to contoured workpieces and radii. Suitable for intricate profiles and small radii. The high strength bonding system prevents a premature abrasive grain shedding. Improved abrasive life. Supplied in dispenser box.
Abrasive Cords & Tapes
Flexible cords and tapes fully covered in abrasives for grinding, polishing and finishing small holes, narrow slots, curved surfaces and other areas standard tools can’t reach. Can be used by hand and in saw frames, drills and other tools on hard and soft metals, ceramic, plastic and wood. Won’t tear or fray. Supplied in 50’ spools.
