This part was cleaned standing up due to its size for a cycle time of 10 minutes. As soon as the sonics start you can see the contamination being removed. After the wash cycle the part was then placed in the rinse tank for 3 minutes. Rinsing is a very important stage as it ensures a thorough clean, removing any left on debris and neutralizes the cleaning agent used as this can stain and cause damage. Finally the part was dried using the hot air dryer unit set at 70°C for a cycle time of 5 minutes. Due to the large amount of contamination on the parts we would recommend a filtration system on the wash tank to help prolong the lifespan of the cleaning fluid.
