Process for removing aluminium deposit and burn marks
The part was placed in the basket and set for a cycle time of 10 minutes. As soon as the part is submerged in the bath you can see the H14 attacking and breaking down the aluminium. The part was left in the ultrasonic tank until all the aluminium had been removed which took 18 hours. This cycle time can be reduced by increasing the H14 concentration. The concentration was not increased through out the test.
