Ultrasonic Cleaners, Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment and Cleaning Solutions

To ensure the optimum cleaning process for specific contaminants and materials, Kemet have established strategic partnerships with world leading companies in ultrasonic cleaners, spray washing, aqueous based cleaner fluids and water treatment. Together, we have developed a comprehensive range of products and processes that cover most applications, but, if necessary, we will research and develop a bespoke cleaning process for a specific challenge.


Industrial modular range from 40 to 160 litres. Has features such as full depth overflow weir etc. Heated rinse tanks, hot air dryers and filtration can be added to form a complete process line.

Light duty laboratory ultrasonic cleaners for small batch production, maintenance cleaning etc.

Systems from single tanks for large compounds, mould cleaning to fully automatic units for production engineering can be designed, developed and manufactured to suit special applications.

Kemet offer the finest in biodegradable cleaner fluids. These are specialist formulated concentrated detergents available in neutral, alkaline and acid types.

Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment

Kemet are distributors of the globally acclaimed ultrasonic cleaner systems specialists, FinnSonic Oy. Ultrasonic mould cleaners, suits perfectly for plastic, rubber and die cast moulds and tools.

All of our systems are designed for use with aqueous detergents, which are more environmentally acceptable than solvents. Aqueous fluids also produce stronger ultrasonic cavitation action than solvents. Kemet is the UK distributor for NGL fluids, which gives us access to over 400 solutions including waste treatment. FOC cleaner fluid trials can be arranged to find the perfect solution.

We can provide test facilities and demonstrations for customers' components together with reports and recommendations to ensure that you have the right cleaning package. We have the knowledge and experience to offer you the correct Ultrasonic machine.
